Visual Communications and Image Processing at the Frontier of Generative and Perceptual AI

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to invite you to participate in the IEEE International Conference on Visual Communications and Image Processing (VCIP 2026), to be held in Singapore from 13 to 16 December 2026.VCIP is one of the flagship conferences of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society’s Visual Signal Processing and Communications Technical Committee. Since 1986, VCIP has served as a premier international forum for the dissemination of advances in visual communications, image processing, and multimedia technologies.VCIP 2026 will bring together researchers, engineers, and practitioners from academia and industry. The technical program will include oral and poster presentations, keynote and plenary talks, special sessions, tutorials, and demonstrations.

We invite submissions of original and unpublished research   contributions to VCIP 2026. Accepted papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for journal extension in the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (TCSVT).
