<Overview> The JHPCN welcomes proposals for interdisciplinary research conducted by groups of researchers with different areas of expertise, aiming to create new fusion fields among the three pillars of computational science, data science, and computer science, or between these pillars and applied research fields.
<Schedule> November 17, 2025 Release of call for proposals and application forms . November 27, 2025, 13:00- Briefing session of call for proposals (*) December 11, 2025 Beginning of the proposal submission. January 6, 2026 10:00 Proposal submission deadline Mid-March 2026 Notification of review results (*) The briefing session (in Japanese) will introduce an overview of the program including Q&A. <Advantage> The following benefits are offered when your joint research project is accepted. ・Free use of computer resources Within the range approved through the project review process, computer resources can be used free of charge. ・Advancement of research through the establishment of an interdisciplinary joint research group The program supports the establishment of a broad research framework through exchanges at symposia and researcher matching opportunities ・Subsidies The following subsidies are provided for the accepted joint research project – Expenses for peer-reviewed presentations at international conferences (only for young or female researchers) – Paper publication fees – Facility fees for research meetings, workshops, and similar event
