Unable to generate trial license

I have a new developer starting and we haven't purchased our additional licenses yet (coming soon) and would like to use the 30 day trial of Illuminated Cloud until we get those purchased. 

I go to the license page in IntelliJ/Illuminated Cloud > offline activation > Start Trial > generate trial request > paste the generated XML into the page that opens > Error Encountered during offline activate: 158 - Trial has expired. 

This is a computer that has been wiped clean and had a new Windows 11 install done (this may have just been a reset and not a full clean install, I wasn't involved) > developer created his MS account > logged in > downloaded IntelliJ community > tried to get the trial and getting this error. 

I believe IC was installed on this machine previously for an older dev that is no longer at the company. I'm guessing that's what's causing the problem. 

Any thoughts?

Hi, Tyler. Yes, the licensing software can recognize a reimaged machine and will behave in this manner. The user can request a 30-day trial extension from within the product as follows:
