Empty popups on hover

Hi, most of the times there is a popup with info/docs when hover on elements. 

But in certain cases its just an empty popup. Is this by design, or is it misbehavior and can be fixed somehow?

Hi. In the screenshot, you're hovering over a namespace which doesn't have direct documentation. That's not to say that it shouldn't, of course, as there is documentation available for standard namespaces, but that's why that specific element doesn't include any documentation. If you'd like, please feel free to log a bug in the public issue tracker for that any other instances where you'd expect documentation but it's not showing.
