Issue with deployment scope

I have a quick question, why sometimes the option to show contents based on open files does not show, like so:

Hi. The entries below Custom are derived from the IDE's own scopes. I'm not sure why that one would be present in one project and not another. Do you see it in other places where scopes are shown in that project, e.g., in Find in Files dialog? I guess I could also ask if there are any open files in that project, but I'm guessing that you've already confirmed that to be the case.
