Unable to Create Apex Class in Scratch Org: ‘Failed to find a builder for directory’ Error

When working with a newly created scratch org, I tried to create an Apex class by right-clicking on force-app/main/default, but I got the error shown in the attached image:

“Failed to find a builder for directory ‘force-app/main/default’.”
As a result, I am unable to create an Apex class.

Illuminated Cloud: 2.3.6.1

MacOS: 15.5（24F74）

I was able to create the file after waiting for a while after finishing the setup.

Hi. If you have reproducible steps to produce this error, can you please log a bug in the public issue tracker with those steps?
