Full folder deployment

Hi Scott!
I wonder if somehow can deploy full folder using Illuminated Cloud.
We have 2 folders within 1 project, and everything that is done by our team is located in a separated folder. (marked in red)

I want to deploy changes made by my entire team to my personal sandbox, and want to deploy everything located in my folder, however I cannot find a way to do it using "Deploy All  Metadata  " or "Deploy Modified Metadata"

If that doesn't help, can you please elaborate on the use case and how it differs from the standard deployment use cases documented in the user guide?
