Hi,
Whole day receiving such error:

[org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: INVALID_SESSION_ID: Invalid Session ID found in SessionHeader: Illegal Session]

Tried to recreate connection, but without any success, still receiving this error.
Does this related with IC2 somehow?

Hi. My guess is that it's this:

Please let me know if aligning on the latest versions of both IC and the Salesforce CIL doesn't resolve the issue for you.

Hello,
I have a user in my org receiving the same error message when pushing code.
The user's IC version is 2.4.0.0, but doesn't have an option to update. Salesforce CLI and IntelliJ are also up to date. Their license is up to date and active, and they've disconnected and reconnected their CLI and target instance and reauthenticated.
This is preventing them from pushing in IntelliJ IC, but they can still do this through VS Code.
Replying to stay in the loop.

Hi. The user is likely on an older version of the JetBrains IDE. IC generally supports one full year of older versions, so currently 2025.2-2026.1. Newer plugin versions are not offered as updates in unsupported versions. Please have the user update to the latest version of the JetBrains IDE and then the latest version of the IC plugin. Let me know if that doesn't help.

Regards,
Scott Wells
