Apex code - Cannot Resolve Symbol

I am seeing analysis errors of type "cannot resolve symbol" for newly added objects and fields. I refreshed and retrieved the metadata and made sure all the new fields/objects were selected. I see them all listed in the project/src but the errrors are still showing up. Do i need to do something else to refresh so it is acknowledged?

Have you regenerated your Offline Symbol Table?

I'm running into a similar problem with specific standard objects (RecordType, EmailTemplate, Organization), but that's after a new OST.
