Bug Report: “Unsubscribed Content” dialog keeps reappearing when saving files under docs/

Whenever I save a file under docs/ in my SFDX project (e.g., docs/xxx.md), I get the following dialog every time:

Unsubscribed Content
CustomMetadata license-management-design is not part of the subscription for module ...
Do you want to deploy it anyway?

Even if I check “Remember for this deployment”, the dialog keeps reappearing the next time I save the file. This happens consistently.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an SFDX project with a docs/ folder.
2. Save a Markdown file under docs/ (e.g., docs/xxx.md).
3. The “Unsubscribed Content” dialog appears.
4. Select “Yes” with “Remember for this deployment” checked.
5. Save the file again → the same dialog reappears.

Expected Behavior:
If “Remember for this deployment” is checked, the dialog should not reappear for subsequent saves.

Additional Information:
- I already tried setting docs/ as an excluded folder in the project structure, but the dialog still shows up.
- It looks like this might be a bug in how Illuminated Cloud handles excluded folders or non-Salesforce metadata under docs/.

Hi. Can you please log a bug in the public issue tracker and attach your project's .iml file for review so I can see how content roots, source roots, and exclude roots are configured for this project?

Hi,

In my project there is no .iml file at the root.
Since you requested to review how the content roots and exclude roots are configured, I’ve attached a screenshot from the IDE project structure settings, showing that the docs/ folder is excluded.
Please let me know if you would like me to provide any of the files under .idea/ (for example, modules.xml) instead.

There should be a .iml file. It is either in the project root or under the .idea folder. Alternatively, perhaps you can create a standalone project that reproduces this behavior and share that?

And please log a bug in the public issue tracker as linked in my previous response so that we can continue diagnostics there. That's also a better place to include attachments as needed.
