Configure Module missing

I no longer see "Configure Module" in the IC context menu when right-clicking a src folder or file.

I am also struggling to get my Offline Symbol Table to work. I've tried everything. My project appears to be connected to my scratch org, and the OST appears to have indexed the classes and objects. However, I have the red lines of death everywhere.

Any idea what could be going wrong?

Hi. That action is enabled when the selection context is for exactly one module. When is selected, if anything, when you're right-clicking? If it's not a folder/file for exactly one configured module, you won't see that action.

I'm not fully grokking that. My colleague on the same codebase and setup can see it.

I assume I must have something configured wrong since my IntelliJ struggles to find any SObjects in the symbol table. 

Any ideas where I should start to troubleshoot?

My guess is that the project and its main module aren’t configured properly, e.g., for source roots and such, and that’s why these features aren’t working.

Are you both using the same IDE project files checked into version control, or did you each create your own projects? If the latter, I’d recommend you recreate the project in the same manner as your colleague. Project creation specifics are well-documented in the user guide:

You can recreate the project in-place by closing it and removing the .idea directory and .iml file (if not under the .idea directory), then reopening the project.
