Idea: Set renderMode when creating LWC

Just a general idea, but it might be nice to add the render mode to the LWC creation modal. I always have to look up what the code is for light dom. So it would be a nice quality of life improvement to add something like an "Enable LightDOM checkbox" to the modal.

So it would add `static renderMode = "light";` to the JS file and `lwc:render-mode="light"` to the initial template tag in the HTML file.

Do you mind logging an enhancement request in the public issue tracker for this. You can safely ignore the warning as any new entries right now will be included in the migration to GitHub that I'll be doing in the next few weeks. That will ensure it stays on my radar, though.
