Cannot create new anonymous Apex

As you can see in the screenshot below, somehow the option to create new Anonymous Apex has been removed for me?

Can you please confirm that you're on the latest builds of both IC2 and the underlying JetBrains IDE? If you are and you still see this issue, can you please send your idea.log file (Help | Show Log in Explorer / Finder / Files) from immediately after opening the Anonymous Apex tool window to sup...@illuminatedcloud.com for review?
