"Plugin Illuminated Cloud might be slowing thigs down" message?

I am using IC2 with WebStorm 2025.1.7 

Recently, I keep seeing that error message, and I can hear my Surface Pro 11 working very hard even though it doesn't have much else running, and the whole PC is clearly slow and lagging. 

There are three option (Report problem, Mute Problem, Dismiss), but not sure if I just need to send over some logs to see what is causing the PC to have to work so hard whenever IC2 is running?

Peter, JetBrains started reporting anything that seems to slow down other threads back in 2025.2 (or maybe 2025.1). I've been working through any that I see or that are reported to me by users. When this happens, please click Report problem and grab the full thread dumps from the resulting dialog, then send those over to me, ideally as an attachment to an issue in the public issue tracker. That will help me identify where they're happening and, ideally, allow me to address them in turn.
