Salesforce DX support test build 4

I've posted a new test build of Illuminated Cloud with Salesforce DX support to:

This new build brings a number of new features including:

• New project wizard for Salesforce DX projects.
• Integrated scratch org management:
• Create scratch orgs via the UI including specification of all CLI parameters and org shape definition.
• Mark scratch orgs for delete.
• Change scratch org aliases.
• Push and pull via buttons on the Illuminated Cloud toolbar.
• Log into scratch orgs (as well as traditional connections) via the toolbar Open Connection drop-down.

I've posted a short demo of these features.  My goal is for this to be the last test build of Salesforce DX support and to release these features as part of the standard Illuminated Cloud in the next few days.
