• Issue 722 - Updated for Winter '18 and API v41.0 including:
• SOAP client updated to API v41.0 WSDLs and all internal server communications now use that version.
• Connections can now be configured to use 41.0.
• Added support for the Visualforce $Cache.Org and $Cache.Session global variables.
• Added support for lightningStylesheets attribute of Visualforce apex:page component.
• Updated Lightning component XSDs for all additions/changes.
• Updated JavaScript Aura interfaces.
• Updated SLDS CSS to 2.4.3.
• Updated all integrated API docs.
• Updated the Apex test runner to use class names instead of IDs which eliminates the need for two API calls before test execution begins, one of which could be quite costly in larger orgs.
• Issue 715 - Added SOQL keyword team as a valid identifier.
• Issue 738 - Fixed an issue that caused the new connection button to open the new scratch org dialog when used in the context of a Salesforce DX project.
• Issue 747 - Updated the Lightning Lint code inspection to use sfdx instead of heroku.
• The system execution path is now searched for an existing sfdx executable in the Salesforce DX configuration screen.
