Salesforce DX support test build 1

Salesforce DX reached a major milestone with a broad pilot phase just last week, and I'm extremely excited with how it's looking already!  Many of you have asked whether and how Illuminated Cloud will integrate with Salesforce DX.  Over the past few days I've started a first-class integration between the two systems.  The following video demonstrates the first phase of this work:

For those who want to get their hands dirty, I've also posted a pre-release/test build with those features here:

Please note that the build must be installed manually according to the instructions in the pinned comment, though it's easy to revert to an official build at any time.

I have many more enhancements in mind for this integration and will be releasing new builds as I implement them.  I welcome any feedback you may have as you try it.  Feel free to add comments to the issue linked above, post on these discussion forums, or email me directly.
