1.8.1.3

• Issues 751/781 - Fixed a performance issue when invoking any CLI including SFDX, PMD Apex, and Lightning Lint.
• Issue 776 - Added future reserved word any as a valid Apex identifier.
• Issue 785 - Added small as a valid value for the size attribute of lightning:icon. Note that IntelliJ IDEA caches backing XSDs aggressively, so you may need to use Ctrl+B / Cmd+B on an existing lightning:* element/attribute to force the cache to be flushed and refreshed.
• Code coverage display is now automatically disabled when generating the OST or retrieving metadata to avoid an issue that can occur with code coverage display during broad scale reindexing.
• Added proper mutual-exclusion with the Illuminated Cloud 2.0 plugin in preparation for the upcoming release.
