1.7.9.1

• Issue 359 - Partial fix. Made calls to MetadataApi.listMetadata() defensive against server-side errors for individual metadata types. There's still a bug when using an All/Package subscription, though.
• Issue 556 - Made Id the only common field for the SObject base type.
• Integrated API documentation for standard SObjects.
• Better handling for Address, Base64 (represented as Blob), and ComplexValue (represented as Object) data types as reported by the APIs.
• Removed runtime dependency on JUnit plugin except in IntelliJ IDEA 12 where it's required.
• Minor improvements to meta.xml file type handling.
