• Updated Lightning components for all Summer '17 additions/changes.
• Updated Summer '17 Visualforce apex:page component to allow for renderAs="advanced_pdf".
• Added support for @IsTest(IsParallel=true|false).
• Added support for SOSL WITH HIGHLIGHT and WITH SPELL_CORRECTION clauses.
• Updated all integrated API documentation to Summer '17.
• Fixed several issues/omissions in the generated OST.
• NOTE: You will want to regenerate your OST after switching to API version 40.0 for best results.
• Issue 318 - Unsorted docked Structure view should now show declaration order properly.
• Issue 515 - Show status for deploy-on-save actions in Messages view in addition to bulk actions.
• Added default constructors for system collection types in the OST which allows proper reference resolution for most constructor usages.
• Fixed issue which would cause {!..} formulas used as XML attribute values to cause XSD validation errors.
• Other minor bug fixes.
