Salesforce DX support test build 2

I've just posted a second test build of Illuminated Cloud with support for Salesforce DX here:

As with the first test build, this build must be installed manually according to the instructions in the pinned comment, though it's easy to revert to an official build at any time.

I still have more enhancements in mind for this integration and will be releasing new builds as I implement them.  I welcome any feedback you may have as you try it.  Feel free to add comments to the issue linked above, post on these discussion forums, or email me directly.
