Why Google Apps default to Google Documents page

Users of IIT email that has been migrated to IIT Gmail may have
noticed that clicking on Google Apps in myIIT lands by default on the
Google Documents page, not Mail. This is temporary so that users whose
email is not yet migrated won't land on an empty page. The default
landing page will be changed to Mail after all IIT accounts have been
migrated to Gmail/Google Apps.
