During our implementation of the AIR profile, we encountered several challenges in real-world use scenarios (German Lung Cancer Screening program).

Please find attached our comments on the AIR Profile (Revision 1.3 – Trial Implementation, including the 2022 AIR+ extensions) and a descriptive example. We hope this feedback is helpful for further development and refinement.
