Open Issue  #3 :

What Time Zone Offset-related behaviors should the profile mandate?

 

Under proposed Change:

“I have talked with the technicians installing the various modalites. It is not usual practice for them to configure Timezone Offset From UTC (0008,0201). Sometiemes the vendors do it, but it is not mandatory. From a danish (capital region) perspective this would indicate that the last solution  (belt and suspenders) is that the least bad option”.
