Domain Coordinating Committee,

Per our conversation last week, I wanted to share a more flushed out overview of the Accelerator concept I introduced. This originates from the heightened momentum around the EHDS initiative in Europe, where there is increasing demand for focused discussions and agile timelines for specification development.
