Regarding to not able to give exam

I want to say that last week on 08/03/2022(Tuesday), I had a Hamoroides and fisser surgery.
Because of this Doctor advice me to not able to sit for more than 30 min for till March. And on hard surface it is totally restricted, either it can cause heavy bleeding.
So pls help me in regards to this.
