Soft copy of study material and assignment

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I have taken admission in the July 2019 session. IGNOU is not sending the hard copies of study material and the soft copies are also incomplete.

I could not find the soft copy of following study material:

2- Block 3 of BCHCT- 137

3- BCHCL- 138

4- BGGCT- 135

5- BGGCL- 134

And the following assignment:
