On behalf of the CB IT, I come bearing fantastic news for our established trainers/facilitators. We’re more than thrilled to finally announce the opening of the call for the IFMSA Trainers’ Camp 2026 Host! What is the Trainers Camp? In-Person Trainers Camp is a 4-working day event designed to enhance trainers' skills beyond traditional training workshops. Trainers Camp 2026 will be covering topics such as advanced facilitation techniques, mentorship, coaching, personal growth, and psychology-based training skills. It will also provide a unique opportunity to collaborate with trainers from IFMSA and other NGOs. Why Trainers' Camp? In Capacity Building, we believe that continuous education, quality assurance, and long-term sustainability are key to strengthening our trainers. Just because you already graduated from a workshop does not mean that your education is complete! Goals of Trainers Camp: Capacitate IFMSA trainers & facilitators with advanced concepts of non-formal education Create a space for networking, constructive discussion and sharing of ideas. Build a solid foundation for self development, leadership and coaching skills of IFMSA trainers & facilitators Capacitate IFMSA trainers & facilitators with new session delivery techniques Improve sustainability of CB in IFMSA by ensuring continuous development of trainers & facilitators
