As April comes closer and closer we are growing ever more excited to see many of you in Czech Republic. The OC has been tirelessly at work to welcome as many participants as possible to the beautiful city of Ostrava for
PreEuRegMe2026!
The largest Capacity Building Event of the region!
As we still have open spots for all workshops we are hereby opening the 3rd combined call for Trainers and participants for the following workshops.
To join us, please fill this application form until 09th February 2026.
GHA - Global Health Advocates - Advocacy for Well-Being: Strengthening Health Systems Through External Action
MHE - Mental Health Essentials for Future Healthcare Professionals
PRET - Professional & Research Exchange Training
TNT - Training New Trainers (only trainers)
TSRHRT - Training Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Trainers (only participants)

Event Details:
Date: 9th to 13th of April, 2026
Location: Ostrava, Czech Republic
Fees: Participants 200 EUR; Trainers 120 EUR
What is the role of trainers?
Trainers will be responsible for delivering sessions in the workshops during Pre EuRegMe. The trainers teams will be coordinated by the respective workshop coordinator. For the specific selection criteria please refer to the relevant workshop proposals.
Why apply as a participant?
As a participant you can delve deep into one of the workshop topics and gain insights into specific topics. At the end you will graduate as an IFMSA trainer or facilitator with the capacity to share your knowledge with other students.
Important remarks:
IFMSA members from all regions are encouraged to apply.
Participants and trainers, who fulfill the requirements of each workshop, will get an IFMSA certificate.
Participants can apply up to three times for 1st, 2nd and 3rd priorities.
No previous experience is needed to attend as a participant
NMO Representation, Gender Representation, and diversity in experience level between participants will be taken into account.
The cancellation deadlines for preEuRegMe are 15. February for 100% cancellation and 22 February for a 50% refund. This deadline cannot be extended. If you only confirm your spot afterwards you will have to pay the fee even if you cancel.
If you applied as a trainer in the 2nd call and have not yet received a response the workshop coordinator will reach out to you within the next few days.
