Dearest NMOs and IFMSA Members, If you have been around IFMSA for a while, you probably have a few things you couldn't quite bring yourself to throw away. A boarding pass from a journey you had been waiting for. A friendship bracelet someone made for you. A photo from a meeting that still makes you smile. A pin or keychain collected somewhere along the way. And maybe an envelope filled with those little secret messages we write to each other during sessions, words from people who shared that moment with us. Individually, they may not look like much. Together, they become a memory box, little pieces of the people you met, the places you went, the work you did, and the experiences you shared along the way. But before any of those memories existed, there was a moment when someone opened a Call just like this one and wondered: Should I apply? Today, that question is yours. It is with great excitement that we officially open the First Call for IFMSA International Teams & Program Coordinators for the term 2026/27! International Teams and Program Coordinators are an integral part of IFMSA. They support Officials in bringing their plans to life, contribute to the work of the Federation, and connect members, NMOs, regions, and international structures through our shared work. Behind every position in this Call is a team to join, ideas to build, people to learn from, challenges to take on, and perhaps a few memories you will end up keeping long after the term is over. Explore the positions, read their descriptions, and find where your interests, skills, and ideas could contribute. Application process  Applications must be submitted through the Submission Form by September 2nd, 2026, 23:59 GMT. Late submissions will be invalid. If the Submission Form stops working at any time, please submit your application by emailing ebe...@ifmsa.org. Required Documents 1. Candidature Form (CF): Must be signed and stamped by the NMO President, or by another NMO Executive Board member if the candidate is the NMO President. Here 2. Technical Data Card (TDC): Please complete the provided Technical Data Card. Here 3. Application Form: Here The Application Form must include: Motivation Letter : maximum 1 page Curriculum Vitae : maximum 2 pages, with proof available upon request Plan of Action : maximum 2 pages High-resolution professional photo, which will be used in IT/PC-related publications if you are selected Important: The Motivation Letter, Plan of Action, and CV must respect the specified page limits and template instructions. Candidates must use the provided templates without altering the margins or line spacing. Extra graphics or cover pages will invalidate the application. You can find the List of NMOs . Important Notes  Candidates must be available for an online interview scheduled with the relevant Official-Elect. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview. The exact position titles to be written in the Candidature Form are listed in the List of Available Positions. Please make sure to use the correct title and position code. Candidate validity will be confirmed after review. NMOs will be given time to provide input before the final selection. All candidates must respect the IFMSA Constitution and Bylaws, and every candidate must fulfill the requirements stipulated in Bylaw paragraph 6.24 in order to be considered valid. International Assistants and Program Coordinators selected through the First Call will be selected on September 14th, 2026 and informed by September 15th at the latest. Selected International Assistants and Program Coordinators will be officially announced on October 1st, 2026. Candidates who submit their applications earlier during the Call period may be informed about the validity status of their application sooner, as the EB Elect will aim to review early submissions in advance.
