On behalf of the WHO's Special Initiative on Health and Migration, I am sharing with you a technical launch webinar of the World report on promoting the health of refugees and migrants: Monitoring progress on the WHO global action plan, taking place on 26 March 2026 from 13:30 to 15:00 Geneva time:

 

With more than one billion people on the move worldwide, turning commitments to promote the health of refugees and migrants into concrete action is essential for achieving health for all. Drawing on the 2025 Global Survey on Health and Migration with contributions from 93 Member States across all WHO regions, this flagship report provides a clear snapshot of progress, persistent challenges and priority areas for action. 

 

The webinar will introduce the report, present its scope and methodology, highlight key findings and practical experiences, and explore implications for policy, programming and multisectoral collaboration.
