May 12-15, 2026 | San Antonio, Texas, USA
Co-located with the 9th International Conference on Modern Computing, Networking and Applications (MCNA 2026)
We are pleased to invite paper submissions for two premier workshops held in conjunction with MCNA 2026: the International Symposium on Cybersecurity in the Age of AI (CAAI 2026) and the Fourth International Workshop on Deep and Transfer Learning (DTL 2026).
Both workshops aim to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to discuss the latest advancements at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Deep Learning.
The urgency for CAAI is driven by the rapid escalation of AI-powered threats and the necessity for automated defense. We seek contributions on:
AI-driven Defense: Proactive threat detection, SOAR, behavioral analysis, and AML.
AI as an Attack Vector: Adversarial ML, Deepfakes, AI-generated malware, and phishing.
Security of AI Systems: Protecting model integrity, auditing, and AI governance.
Ethical & Policy Considerations: Data privacy (GDPR), bias in security AI, and international regulation.
Emerging Frontiers: Secure software development (DevSecOps), Shadow AI, and securing critical infrastructure.
DTL 2026 focuses on the transition from training models from scratch to adapting robust pre-trained systems. Key areas include:
Deep Learning Foundations: LLMs, Generative AI, Multimodal systems, and Healthcare AI.
Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL): RLHF, stabilizing learning dynamics, and energy-efficient DRL.
Transfer & Multi-task Learning: Domain adaptation, Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT), and Few-shot/Zero-shot learning.
Emerging Challenges: Federated Learning, Green AI (resource efficiency), and adversarial robustness.
Paper Format: Manuscripts must use the A4 IEEE Manuscript Template.
Length: 6 to 8 pages (up to 2 additional pages allowed for references only).
Originality: Papers must be original work and not simultaneously under review elsewhere.
Submission Site: All papers must be submitted via EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mcna2026.
Please ensure you select the correct track (CAAI 2026 or DTL 2026) during submission.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for potential publication and indexing.
Paper Submission Due: March 20, 2026
Notification of Acceptance: April 10, 2026
Camera-Ready Submission: April 25, 2026
Workshop Dates: May 12-15, 2026
