On behalf of the HMSS 2026 Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to join the Technical Program Committee (TPC) of HMSS (www.hmss-conference.org)

HMSS 2026 will be held in Barcelona, Spain, on 17–20 November 2026

All accepted papers will be indexed in IEEE Xplore and Scopus.

HMSS 2026 focuses on:

• Intelligent and secure health informatics
• AI integration in Healthcare
• Machine learning for medical systems and services
• Cybersecurity in intelligent healthcare systems
• Digital Pharmaceutical intelligence
• Trusted digital health services.

We would be honored to have you join the TPC, where:

• The review process will begin after the first submission deadline on June 10th.
• Each TPC member is expected to review 1-2 papers.
• Active TPC members will receive a certificate signed by the Conference General Chair and the IEEE Spain Section.
• Active TPC members will also get a special discount on the registration fees for their accepted papers.

If you are unavailable to serve, we would be grateful if you could recommend qualified colleagues, researchers, or promising students whose expertise aligns with the conference themes.
