SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Format: Papers must be in PDF format using the
official IEEE Conference Template.
- Length: Full papers should be a maximum of 8
pages (including figures/references). Up to 2 additional pages may be
purchased.
- Originality: Submissions must be original and not
under review elsewhere. Plagiarism checks will be strictly enforced via
IEEE policy.
- Publication: Accepted and presented papers will be
submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexed by major
databases (Scopus, EI).
- Special
Issues: Selected
high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions to
prestigious journal special issues.
