Call for Workshop Proposals

IEEE AIoT 2025

Submission Deadline: May 20, 2025

IEEE AIoT 2025 invites proposals for the Workshops program of IEEE Annual Congress on Artificial Intelligence of Things (IEEE AIoT) 2025. Workshops provide an effective forum for attendees with common interests and create excellent community-building opportunities. Workshops can vary in program length, size, and format depending on their specific objectives.

Like other IEEE AIoT 2025 tracks, workshops will be in-person only. We are soliciting workshop proposals on topics relevant to the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Internet of Things (IoT) systems. Workshops can enrich the conference in various ways, including but not limited to:

Workshops that provide a forum to share advances in an area of special interest to the community. Such workshops typically solicit original research contributions and involve a peer-review process.

Workshops that aim to gather researchers for focused activities, such as hands-on prototyping or developing cross-disciplinary research agendas.

We encourage workshop organizers to consider lightweight review processes for workshop contributions. Workshops are not intended to be mini-conferences, and proposals should focus on community engagement. While individual presentations are normal, we encourage proposals that include substantial discussion time and other interactive activities.

We also recommend running open workshops where conference participants can attend without submitting papers. Organizers may consider alternatives to full paper submissions, such as posters and position papers.
