Archiving Bitbucket PAPI repo and moving it to GitHub

Dear PAPI users and contributors,The PAPI team would like to inform you that the Bitbucket PAPI repository has been archived, and, as of today, the PAPI project will be hosted on GitHub instead. This means, we will no longer accept PRs to the Bitbucket repository starting today. If you wish to contribute new code, please move your PRs from Bitbucket to GitHub (https://github.com/icl-utk-edu/papi). The new repo has also updated wiki pages, and we will progressively move anything left in Bitbucket to GitHub over the coming weeks (e.g., issues and PRs).
