big general linear system equations

Dear lapack team,

I would like to ask if lapack GESV is suitable for a big general linear system equations, AX=B.

Where A reach to 10000 x 10000.

 

I would like to build a fortran code with lapack GESV subroutine and connect it to ABAQUS Umat subroutine. So do you think lapack is fast efficiently.

 

If not not do you recommend me an alternative code for linear system equations.
