Buggy in lapack

Please report it in the LAPACK Github Repository as an “issue” at https://github.com/Reference-LAPACK/lapack/issues
If you have a proposed fix for the issue, you can directly enter a pull request and we will review it https://github.com/Reference-LAPACK/lapack/pulls
