We will be *upgrading* our Nexsan storage system to the latest Unity OS this Thursday (2017-Dec-14) starting around 11:30 AM EST. The upgrade should take around 2 hours to complete. During this downtime, *all* of our data servers will be offline so that that upgrade goes smoothly. Please plan your data downloads/queries accordingly.
