Hello,

I am trying to access the NAVGEM 2.0 data, but the link appears to be broken. Is the server down?

Please check your FTP client settings like anonymous login user/pass, max client connections (10), PASV mode, etc.

If you were successfully downloading and then access stopped then you might have tripped a fail2ban rule (PM me your public client IP address to check).
