Files for first 15 days of 2001-2003 missing for HYCOM reanalysis?

Hello,

I am trying to access subsurface data from the HYCOM-TSIS GOMb0.04 reanalysis model (https://tds.hycom.org/thredds/catalog/datasets/GOMb0.04/reanalysis/data/catalog.html). I downloaded several variables I needed for my research during March 2025, and all dates between 2001-01-01 to 2024-06-01 had 3z.nc files available at that time. I deleted the raw netcdf files after extracting the data I needed at the time. I am now downloading these files again to use a new subset of subsurface variables from the same model and time period, and some of the files are no longer available. I noticed that 3z.nc files for the first 15 days of 2001-2003 are not available on the HYCOM server [200X-01-01 to 200X-01-15]. 

Were these data intentionally removed? Is there an error that I should be aware of?
