Salinity and Temprature

Dear All

Hope you are doing well

I wanted to know how do i apply required scale_factor and add_offset for the salinity and temperature. Where is this info and how can i find it since while downloading it no metadata is downloaded along with it. If there is a documentation regarding this please let me know. I have attached the link from where i am downloading the salinity and temperature throughout the vertical gradient. please let me know what is scale_factor and add_offset for the salinity and temperature so i can apply it.

These are a standard part of netcdf, see  How to use add_offset and scale_factor to calculate real values of a variable?
