HYCOM NCODA monthly mean field availability

Hi,

I'm trying to access the monthly mean fields for the GOFS 3.1 reanalysis (link) but the "meanstd NetCDF (monthly/yearly mean fields)" is returning a 404 error for me. Are these files available anywhere?

They are in http://data.hycom.org/datasets/GLBv0.08/expt_53.X/meanstd/netcdf/
