HYCOM forecast download

Hi There, 

I am trying to download your latest forecast dataset using wget. 

I am using the following command:

 wget  "http://ncss.hycom.org/threads/ncss/grid/GLBy0.08/expt_93.0/FMRC/runs/GLBy0.08_930_FMRC_RUN_2024-07-18T12:00:00Z?var=surf_el&north=-25.000&west=25.000&east=45.000&south=-45.000&time_start=2024-07-18T12:00:00Z&time_end=2024-07-26T00:00:00Z&accept=netcdf" -O output.nc

It leads to the following error message:

Do you have any suggestions? 

Am I setting the right path for the download?
