Salinity abnormal data in GLBu0.08/expt_91.1 in 2016

Hello!

I accessed GLBu0.08/expt_91.1 data by NetcdfSubset: http://ncss.hycom.org/thredds/ncss/grid/GLBu0.08/expt_91.1/ts3z/dataset.html

I find out that salinity data of Jan 28th 2016 is abnormal . I think this error is due to interpolation (maybe I/O error). I downloaded the GLBa0.08 and GLBv0.08 data of the same date, It turns out both of the data are intact.

I wonder if anyone could address this issue?

The hycom_glb_911_2016012800_t000_ts3z.nc file is truncated.

I'll get Michael to check if it is OK on the Navy servers, and restore it here if possible.

Thanks for pointing this out. We have re-downloaded the source data and it unpacked properly this time. Please see the corrected salinity data.
