Tide or not tide ?

Is the 'ESPC-D-V02: Global 1/12° Analysis (Dataset)'   variables : 

 u3z
water_u = Eastward Water Velocity
v3z
water_v = Northward Water Velocity    

and  

ssu = eastward_sea_water_velocity
ssv = northward_sea_water_velocity

contained the tide ? or is only the general circulation ? (only NS solved, so geostrophic/ekman current)
