Boundary forcing for regional configuration

Dear HYCOM team,

I Anupam Kumar, a research scholar from India working with hycom since last two years.

I configure the model for Arabian Sea of North Indian Ocean Basin and do the interannual simulation with cfsr2 forcing and open boundary condition with the GLBb0.08 simulation of experiment 53.X where data format is [.a,.b] and it subregioned to the domain.

    Now I want to give open boundary condition with the reanalysis data in netcdf4 format. I am not able to find the code for this work. Please provide the same.
