fail to download the data (GLBu0.08/) from ftp

I have been getting very slow or failed downloads of a subset of GLBu0.08 for the past several days.Here is an example of URL that I pass to requests.

ftp://ftp.hycom.org/datasets/GLBu0.08/expt_91.1/data/hindcasts/2014/hycom_glb_911_2014112400_t000_ts3z.nc

Please PM me your client's IP address and I'll take a look at the FTP logs.
