GoM MOM6 configuration

Hi HYCOM community,

I am in the process of learning MOM6 through the examples in the GitHub repository. I have been able to run a few ocean-only configurations in my personal computer. However, I eventually would like to use MOM6 to run a Gulf of Mexico case. I tried to run the "Loop current" example but no input files are available in the repository. I wonder if there is any example case where I can start from that you can point me to or provide me?
