Dear Alan,
Thanks for your help.I accepted your suggestion and successfully ran the model, but when I set the result of the previous model to restart_in.a, and then used NCEP_NCAR's 2012 reanalysis of atmospheric data as a forcing, the model appeared after 6 days (model day). How can I solve the following questions?

If the setup (blkdat.input etcetera) is identical to the case that worked, the problem is most likely with the forcing.  Compare the forcing.*.b (text) files from CORE NYF and from NCEP.  The range is in the .b files and should be of the same order of magnitude.  One common issue is that airtmp must be in degC and NWP products almost always use degK.  Precip is also tricky to get right (although it would not cause this blow up).
